AAI interconnects daily in 46 countries around the globe and supporting more than 90 million individuals worldwide with the affiliation of the International Assistance Group (IAG), a global alliance of independent assistance companies specializing in the provision of worldwide medical and travel assistance.
Today, AAI has offices in Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Singapore and Hong Kong. Acting as a secondary care provider, AAI provides a 24- hours in-house call centre services to business and leisure travelers, expatriate workers and multinational companies whom need the support and services during the time of emergency whilst traveling at this region.
